"Quantum Relations, Global Intelligence, and the Information and Communications Technologies of the Future"

Paper presented at:

Intercultural Humanism: Challenges, Experiences, Visions, Strategies

10-11 September 2010, Christ Church College, Oxford

Abstract: Our planet not only will, but must be managed in the future by sophisticated technological solutions  if the survival of the human race should be achieved.  Humans have long lost the ability to grasp the complexity of today's problems. A new technology-driven focus is emerging, to aid the sustainable global opportunity and risk management. New branches of AI together with advanced data processing solutions will be needed to achieve this goal. The presentation will focus on the strategies and elements to accomplish this goal in the nearest future.
